Zoning/Assessment & Building Permits Required

Zoning/Assessment & Building Permits are required for all construction, reconstruction and renovation of structures, signs and water storage facilities. 

Small garden sheds, storage sheds and similar accessory structures of one hundred (100) square feet or less may be permitted in rear yard areas, provided such structure does not lie closer than ten (10) feet to side lot line or within ten (10) feet of the rear property line and does not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height.

Note: Above ground swimming pools are not taxable but do require a UCC building permit.
