January 5, 1999

The meeting of the Planning Commission of Franklin Township, held in the 
Township office, was called to order at 2003 hours.  Present were Hugh Crandall, 
Joe Szymanowicz, Mike Pontore, and Ralph Breiding.

MINUTES
Szymanowicz moved to accept the minutes of 11/3/98 as presented.  Pontore 
seconded.  Carried.  There was no quorum for the 12/1/98 meeting.

VISITORS
None.

OLD BUSINESS
George Burbules Subdivision Mylar - Mr. Burbules is subdividing a parcel of 
land on Crane Road purchased from Mike Yatzor into seven lots varying from 
five acres to seven acres.  All were approved for sand-mound septic systems.  
Each has at least 250 ft. of frontage.  Mylar was reviewed.  Pontore moved to 
accept the Burbules Mylar as presented.  Breiding seconded.  Carried.  Mylar 
was signed.

Pontore moved to adjourn, Crandall seconded.  Meeting adjourned at 2015 
hours.
