There was no quorum for the meeting of the Planning Commission of Franklin 
Township.  Present were Hugh Crandall, Joe Szymanowicz, Dale Donnelly and 
Carl Enterline.

Discussion was held and suggestions given on Mr. Enterline's proposal to 
purchase 35 acres from the rear of Martha Rickard's property located at 9684 
Route 98.  The parcel would be added to Mr. Enterline's property, 9784 Route 
98, as it would have no road frontage.  Ms. Rickard would retain the front portion 
consisting of 10.18 acres with 478 ft. of frontage.  Discussion on flag lots.  

Discussion was held on Dale Donnelly's request to build an apartment for her 
mother on her property located at 11104 Eureka Rd.  Mrs. Donnelly inquired 
about building a separate garage with living quarters upstairs.  Members present 
suggested adding the garage and living space to the existing house citing the 
one house per parcel regulation and the fact that the existing septic could be 
used instead of installing a second septic system.  

Those members present left the building at 2120 hours.
