December 7, 1999

The meeting of the Planning Commission of Franklin Township, held in the 
Township office, was called to order at 2005 hours.  Present were Dwight Miller, 
Hugh Crandall, Mike Pontore, Joe Szymanowicz and Nevearin LeSuer.  

MINUTES
Pontore moved to approve the minutes of 11/2/99 as presented.  Miller 
seconded.  Carried.

VISITORS
Nevearin LeSuer Sketch Plan - Mr. LeSuer wants to subdivide his property at 
10944 and 10956 Fry Road.  The land used to be two parcels but was combined 
into one deed in recent years.  There is approximately 55 acres with an 
estimated frontage of 825 ft. combined.  He would like to subdivide a parcel for 
each of the two existing houses and a parcel for a planned new house.  A lengthy 
discussion was held on how Mr. LeSuer can maximize the use of his property.

Nevearin LeSuer left the meeting at 2052 hours.

Discussion was held on the progress of the KOZ.
