The meeting of the Planning Commission of Franklin Township, held in the 
Township office, was called to order at 1905 hours.  Present were Joe 
Szymanowicz, Dennis Howard, David Knight and Loretta Britton.

VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT
Richard & Roberta Lewis Mylar – Loretta and Jim Britton are purchasing a 
parcel of vacant land from the Lewis family that adjoins theirs at 8350 Clair 
Wright Road.  Parcel A has 10.185 gross/10.00 net acres with 288.05 ft. of 
frontage, 1,542.14 ft. deep.  The lot is not septic approved.  The residue is 19.8 
acres.  Discussion was held on Clean and Green.  M/M Britton plan on keeping 
the lot as a separate parcel.  After review, Knight moved to accept the Lewis 
Mylar as presented.  Szymanowicz seconded.  Carried.  Mylar was signed.

Mrs. Britton left the meeting at 1920 hours.
