The meeting of the Planning Commission of Franklin Township, held in the 
Township office, was call to order at 1903 hours.  Present were Hugh Crandall, 
Dwight Miller, Dennis Howard and David Knight.

MINUTES
Howard moved to approve the minutes of 11/4/08 as presented.  Knight 
seconded.  Carried.  No meetings were held in December 2008, January and 
February 2009 as there was no business to be conducted.

OLD BUSINESS
Rewrite SALDO – discussion on the final draft of the ordinance.  Draft has been 
approved by Erie County Planning and the Township Solicitor.  It will be 
advertised and a public hearing held soon.

Rewrite Zoning Ordinance – second draft was distributed to members for their 
review.

NEW BUSINESS
Joint Planning Commission Meeting – a meeting will be held March 11th at 
Washington Township.  Crandall will attend for Howard who will be out of town.

Netzler Sketch Plan – no sketch to review.

Discussion was held on various topics of concern.

ADJOURN
Miller moved to adjourn, Knight seconded.  Meeting adjourned at 1935 hours.
