The meeting of the Planning Commission of Franklin Township, held in the 
Township office, was called to order at 1917 hours.  Present were Dennis 
Howard, David Knight, Hugh Crandall and Supervisor David Henderson who 
was filling in for the Secretary.

VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT
No visitors were present.

MINUTES
Howard moved to approve the minutes of March 3, 2009.  Knight seconded.  
Carried.  The April meeting was cancelled.

OLD BUSINESS
Discussion was held on the SALDO and its public hearing on May 12th and on 
the Zoning Ordinance rewrite.  A work session will be held in May 11th with the 
consultant, Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission to discuss the 
Zoning Ordinance draft.

NEW BUSINESS
Vanco Revocable Living Trust Mylar – Alice Vanco is subdividing land on the 
southeast corner of Crane and Silverthorn into two parcels.  Parcel A has 30.673 
net/32.030 gross acres with 1412.36 ft. of frontage on Silverthorn, 976.67 ft. on 
Crane and 996.83 ft. deep.  The residue has 31.223 net/32.030 gross acres with 
1406.57 ft. of frontage on Silverthorn and 996.83 ft. deep.

After review, Howard moved to approve the Vanco Subdivision as presented.  
Crandall seconded.  Carried.
