The meeting of the Supervisors of Franklin Township, held in the Township 
office, was called to order by Chairman John Sachar at 0800 hours.  Present 
were Sachar, Gary Truitt and Reporter Audrey Scruton.  David Henderson was 
absent attending the PSATS State Convention in Hershey.

FINANCIAL AND TAXES
Bills – Sachar moved to approve the bill list for payment totaling $4,231.87 
general fund; $3,296.68 state motor fund and $1,382.28 municipal building fund.  
Truitt seconded.  Carried.

Payroll – Sachar moved to approve payroll #8-07 as presented.  Truitt 
seconded.  Carried.

Elizabeth Davis Child Care Facility – discussion was held on a phone 
conversation the Township secretary had with Mrs. Davis concerning her child 
care facility.

No other items on the agenda were discussed.

Truitt moved to adjourn, Sachar seconded.  Meeting adjourned at 0804 hours.
