Nov 4--Southwest wingwall concrete pour

Nov 4--After concrete placement a vibrator is used to assure complete fill of the form with no voids

Nov 4--Quality Engineering Solutions Project Foreman Larry Stanford finishes the top of the wingwall

Nov 4--Larry installs an historical artifact--the elevation marker removed from the demolished bridge

Nov 4--The elevation marker has cast letters--P.S.H.D.--Pennsylvania State Highway Department. PennDOT's former name when the 1919 bridge was built

Nov 9--Strength testing by Dennis Winkler at Edinboro Redi-Mix plant. All concrete is tested at 7 and 28 days to insure minimum strengths

Nov 11--East side footer is poured. A significant rain event flooded the excavations and a day was lost to pump out the water and clean out the forms

Nov 11--Inspector Williams (L) and Superintendent Montgomery discuss the flooding Nov 9 and the work required to again get ready for the footer pour

Nov 15--Flooded from rain today.

Nov 23--Crew pours east abutment wall just before anticipated Thanksgiving snow storm.

Nov 29--Flooded again with snow melt and rain.
